Fab & Thrift is primarily a fashion blog that spotlights the season’s latest runway trends at a fraction of the price from secondhand sites like Poshmark, Tradesy, & Mercari. I like to think that it’s more than just your average thrifty fashion blog though. I do mostly write about navigating these sites while regularly posting my budget-friendly picks for my readers, but I try to keep things down to earth.
You’ll also find organizational tips, selling guides for these websites, and photos of the thrifted clothes I’ve chosen for myself with glimpses of my life in the background. I like to keep things in perspective, remembering that shopping is fun but life has so much more to offer!
My mission with Fab & Thrift is to make your life easier, especially when it comes to updating your wardrobe with inexpensive on-trend pieces and provide relevant tips and how-to guides along the way.
I strive to bring the latest trends to everyone, regardless of factors like budget. I also welcome all size requests for future posts in the comment section or via email (email@example.com).
The Story Behind Fab & Thrift
One day I realized that I had a closet stuffed full of expensive clothes, but I always felt that I had nothing to wear. I started reorganizing everything, which progressed into a massive downsize project when I discovered that it consisted of a hodgepodge of dysfunctional items. I made the decision to dedicate some time selling on Tradesy, Poshmark, & Mercari. I eliminated the 75% of my wardrobe that I never wore, made nearly $4,000, and started rebuilding my wardrobe with new-to-me clothing online with some of that money. Now I have a functional wardrobe that I love wearing and made money in the process. I have a strong desire to help others, so I’ve decided to share what I’ve learned, along with my hottest finds every week.
